To a message board or custom web page:
Type a name for the URL in a few words and highlight. (You can also have a photo or a gif on your page to use as the link - just click on the image once to set the handles around it). Click the blue globe in the editor and type or paste the URL in the box using control v. Do not copy the http:// it is already included and will be added when you Click "insert".
Inserting links via the MSN list pages.
Click on the blue globe to the far right of the page. In the top box remove the "http://" and then put in your whole URL. (More advanced users: When pasting a URL into the top box, only paste the text that comes after the http://). In the second box, put in the text/words you wish to be clickable or re-enter your URL. Please make sure you don't add in the http:// in twice. Click Insert, then test link to make sure it works.
Another Option: Highlight the image, click on Ctrl + K - (activates the hyperlink (blue globe) with three options. 1. http:// 2. ftp:// 3. mailto:
) choose the linking option, click insert. If you don't want the border around the image, remove the check mark by the "add border around image", or if there is a border already simply click on the image and re-insert link. DON'T highlight the image just click on it once.
